Rather than looking at an implant as an isolated procedure, I think of an implant as an addition to the ecosystem of your mouth. I started doing implants over 30 years ago, and we have come a long way in the technology we can use. One exciting new development is that I can perform the procedure virtually beforehand, so I can be more certain that the implant is positioned and restored in the most optimal manner. I have extensive training in implants, so I can do the entire procedure in my office. You will not need to bounce around between different doctors to finish the procedure. In the rare occasions when extensive bone reconstruction is needed, I will work closely with my reconstructive surgeon to assure the best outcome is achieved.
Implants are a wonderful option for people who do not have teeth. They can restore full ability to chew and dramatically improve your smile.
